All items at KW Designs are custom made for you...we want you to be happy so give us a holler if you're not feeling your purchase and we will work it out.

Many of our pieces are made to order. Your order will take up to seven days to process, if we have the item in hand. If the item needs to be sized or made to order, it may take up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. You are welcome to email us at hello@kerinwrightdesigns.com to inquire about when a piece will be available to ship out.

Please consider this processing time when selecting your shipping option. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

All shipments are fully insured. There will be an additional $14 charge to require a signature confirmation. 

For orders shipped to an address other than the credit card billing address, we may require additional verification. We are not able to ship to PO Box Addresses. Please contact us with any special shipping requests before placing your order.

Packages are usually delivered Monday–Friday only. KW Designs is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has left our care.
